RECIPE FOR A GOOD DAY

"As we all know everyones body is different. I have found a good recipe that works for me though and wanted to update you guys on it. As previously mentioned on here, I bought the grapeseed pills for its DMB content (read DMB article for its proven ability to fight tmau production). Basically anything related to red grapes should contain some level of DMB (red wine, balsamic vinagerette, ect). Eating grapes/oils alone was not a consistent/practical solution, so I decided to try out these recommended pills. I start using them right before class and it seemed to help.


I have found, at least with my body, that it is best to have them after every meal and on a full stomach. I figured this because not eating enough also produces a similar smell when your body has nothing to eat but itself basically. So I started eating 3 square meals a day and would have a pill after each meal. 
To my surprise this has WORKED!! Not only did it work with a decent sized low-choline meal but it has worked with big meals containing normal foods! I found this out when my parents came to visit me and was forced to eat more than usually do. 


I am so happy that I have finally found some positive and manageable solutions. While I still watch any big choline intakes, going out to eat and ordering off any random menu has not been a problem anymore. I recommend that everyone try it because it is scientifically backed and has definitely improved my daily confidence."
